Payment Information

Once you have filled your basket and proceeded to the checkout you have the choice of the following payment options.

  • Credit Cards
  • We can accept the following cards - MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro

    Credit cards are processed on our behalf by Nochex. You do not require an account with NoChex if your order total is less than £100. If you have an activated account with Nochex you can spend upto £300 a day with us. For more details on Nochex and how to set up an account with them please visit www.nochex.com

  • Cheques / Postal Orders.
  • We accept cheques / postal orders drawn on a UK bank and made out in Sterling. Details required for cheque / postal order payment will be provided if you select this method at the checkout. Please note that orders paid for by cheque / postal order will not be dispatched until the cheque / postal order has been cleared by the banks.

    Note: we do not accept Travellers Cheques, Eurocheques or cash in any currency.

All payments are made to "H C Reproductions" who provide the online shopping service on behalf of Harley Crossley Studio. Payments made via Nochex will appear on your credit card statement as "Nochex".

If paying by Nochex please be aware that due to an error with the processing systems of some card issuers, this transaction may be treated by them as a cash advance and you will be charged a fee. This fee should not be charged however it is out of our control. You will need to contact your card issuer to arrange a refund of this fee. We will of course assist by providing any information that your card issuer may require.



Delivery Information

For our purposes the UK includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. At present we do not supply goods outside of these areas

All items are dispatched by second class post with proof of delivery, so you will need to sign for the package(s).

Due to the difference in size and weight or our products they are packaged in different ways and postage is applied to each item / package

DVDs
These are sent in individual mailers which may be combined into a single package for posting. Post and Packing charges are as follows

Prints
These are rolled and packaged in riged cardboard postal tubes. Upon receipt unroll the print immediately and leave on a flat surface to allow the print to uncurl. Post and Packing charges are as follows

Cards
Cards are sent in protect card envelopes and 12 cards can fit in each envelope. These may be combined into a single package for posting. Post and Packing charges are as follows

How long will it take to arrive?

Items are normally dispatched within 3 working days and you should receive the item within 3 days of dispatch. You will be informed by email when your goods have been dispatched.



Returns Information

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of an package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, otherwise you are deemed to have accepted the package. Once you contact us we will make arrangements for a refund / replacement.

If the item is defective
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund / replacement.

If we sent you an item you did not order
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item please get in touch with us. If the item was incorrectly supplied instead of your chosen item we will send you a replacement and arrange for the incorrect item to be returned to us at our expense. If the item was supplied in addition to your order then, at our discretion we may request that you return the item or keep it at no charge.

Note: if we send you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item and request the original item returned, you must return the original item to us within 14 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you we receive this item to us within the 14 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 14 day period, we reserve the right to issue an invocie for an amount equal to the price of your original item.



Your Statutory Rights

Cooling-off Period

At Harley Crossley Studio we want you to be happy with your choice products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Any items that are sealed must be returned unopened to be eligible this of course does not apply to any product that is received damaged or incorrect. After checking the item we will then refund you the purchase cost of the item less any post / packing charges incurred by us. If the item is damaged or incorrect we will refund all the postage costs as well.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. We regret this does not apply where the product has been unsealed or to special order products such as DVDs / Videos not produced in the PAL / VHS format.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please use our contact us page to send a message to customer services. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and return it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Items returned as damaged

We will check all products returned to us as damaged and reserve the right to refuse the refund if there is no damage found.

Items returned under the seven day cooling off period

If the product is returned as part of the seven day cooling off period the product must be returned as new, otherwise we reserve the right not to process the refund. The amount refunded will be the full cost of the product (excluding any discounts or promotions that applied at the time of purchase) and any postage charges associated with that product.

Refunds may be made by cheque or a credit to your payment card at our descretion. Please allow up 3 weeks from the date of receipt by us for you credit to arrive.
